Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Project Operations and Sales), develop document and contract templates, design and implement workflows, plugins, and custom entities, integrate Dynamics with other systems, perform unit testing and QA, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support and end-user training while collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders.
Minimum of 5+ relevant years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Project Operations and Sales modules. • Core MSD Skills: • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, specifically Project Operations and Sales. • Exclude candidates with sole experience in the Customer Service module. • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 using out-of-the-box features. • Develop and maintain document templates and contract templates. • General MSD Skills: • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs. • Design and implement workflows, plugins, and custom entities. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Dynamics 365 environment. • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications. • Conduct unit testing and ensure quality assurance. • Provide technical support and training to end-users. • Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices. • Actively participate in meetings and take on responsibilities as needed. Technical Skill Requirement: • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. • Minimum 5 years of experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment.
