Salesforce Platform Developer (alternative titles: CRM Solution Architect, Salesforce Architect, Sr. Salesforce Developer) Job Description The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for architectural design and implementation, particularly related to maintaining custom coding solutions in Salesforce. This role focuses on creating an optimized, end-to-end CRM experience for Butterfly Network across both B2B and B2C channels, and developing a Customer-360 architecture. Responsibilities: ● Develop, optimize and troubleshoot new and existing, custom Salesforce Solutions, particularly Apex codebase ● Maintaining accountability for solution designs all the way to implementation by performing code reviews, documenting and evolving coding standards and best practices ● Working with Enterprise Data and Systems leadership to understand and document system requirements for data, SLAs, user experience, training, data governance and performance ● Keeping up to date on Salesforce release updates and emerging technologies and features ● Communicating solution designs clearly in multiple modes of communication - diagrams, documents, verbally ● Provide recommendations for optimization opportunities, while still being able to implement tactical solutions within our current landscape, including but not limited to: ○ Design end-to-end frameworks to improve alignment and efficiency across all our commercial systems ○ Recommending and implementing technical solutions for an optimized Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success strategy
