Manage and configure Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, perform backups and patch impact analysis, support integrations (Outlook, HubSpot), handle production support/incidents, configure CPQ, reports/dashboards, security (profiles/roles/SSO), run data uploads, create designs/entity models, train users, and drive solutions using Lightning Flows.
