Digital Information Security Architect

Play a key role in shaping the future of secure digital innovation by driving security architecture across cloud, AI, and enterprise platforms. This role offers the opportunity to influence cutting-edge technologies while enabling business growth through secure-by-design practices.

This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

What you will do
  • Define and drive the overall security architecture strategy across cloud, digital, and AI platforms
  • Lead security architecture decisions for complex initiatives including cloud transformations and AI-driven solutions
  • Conduct and oversee security architecture reviews to identify and mitigate risks early
  • Establish and enforce security control frameworks across identity, network, data, workload, and monitoring layers
  • Design secure AI/ML solutions ensuring data protection, model integrity, and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to embed security-by-design into all initiatives
  • Provide strategic guidance on emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry best practices
     
What we are looking for
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity architecture within enterprise environments
  • Strong expertise in security frameworks such as CIS, NIST, and ISO 27001
  • Experience designing and securing cloud-native and hybrid architectures (e.g., Azure, AWS)
  • Knowledge of AI/ML platforms and their security implications, including enterprise AI solutions
  • Advanced skills in threat modeling, risk assessment, and security control implementation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
