Develop and support Smart Communications templates and data models using Advanced Template Designer and Data Modeler. Build derived properties, inline/document scripts, and script libraries. Work with Java/JavaScript, XSD/XML/JSON, appliance configuration and deployments. Use ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Confluence. Analyze technical specs, handle high-priority tasks independently. Interactive Draft Editor knowledge preferred.
Job Description : - 3 to 4 years of development and support experience in Smart Communications - Experience in template, data model, styleset, layout, template selector, output config development using Advanced Template Designer and Data Modeler - Experience in derived property, inline script, document script, script library development - Good knowledge in core java and java script - Good knowledge in XSD, XML and JSON - Good knowledge of appliance configuration and deployment models - Good written, interpersonal communication skills and ability to think logically - Ability to handle high priority tasks independently - Understanding of Service Now, Azure DevOps and Confluence - Ability to analyze technical specification, requirements and able to raise right questions from developer perspective - Knowledge on Interactive Draft Editor is an added advantage
