Job Description:-
We are seeking an experienced End Point Support Engineer with a minimum of 4+ years of expertise in supporting Mac, Windows and Chrome Books. He/She will be responsible for supporting End point security for all the devices along with scripting.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring availability, performance and security for all the devices including Mac,
Windows and Chrome Books.
Develop and maintain custom scripts as and when needed to automate tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device software, hardware and implement corrective actions as needed.
Serve as POC for End Point security to address service incidents and
troubleshoot/triage as appropriate.
Set up and configure new devices and software for users, including desktops,
laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Administer the devices, Github, Google Workspaces.
Keep track of IT equipment and software licenses, ensuring compliance
accordingly to company policies.
Assist end users with Network connectivity issues including Wifi and VPN.
Identifying areas for improvement in user support processes and procedures.
Qualifications/Skills:
4+ years of experience as an End Point Support Engineer.
Experience working on Jamf Pro for Apple device management and Azure for Windows devices.
Experience writing scripts using Bash for Mac, Power Shell for Windows.
Knowledge of Python scripting is a plus.
Experience in administrating Google Collaboration tools.
Experience in migrating repetitive workflows to automated solutions by writing scripts.
Familiarity with CI-CD pipelines and using GitHub.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve
complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications in Collaboration platforms proficiencies are a plus.
Experience with agile development methodologies is desirable.
Salary Range
$48,868.00 - $77,160.00 USD (Salary)- Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
