Configures and maintains enterprise-level identity platforms and directory services to ensure high availability and secure user authentication across the organization. Analyzes complex platform performance telemetry and authentication logs to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot recurring structural anomalies. Implements intermediate-level API integrations and automation scripts to securely connect diverse business applications to the centralized identity infrastructure. Formulates detailed technical documentation and platform runbooks to standardize identity integration workflows and support the engineering knowledge base. Collaborates with cross-functional development teams to test and validate secure identity protocols for newly deployed large-scale enterprise solutions. Validates critical identity platform upgrades and security patches within non-production environments to ensure system stability prior to final release.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of experience in platform engineering, identity and access management, software development, systems administration, or a related field required. Certification in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or equivalent preferred.
