- Implement cutting-edge Automation solutions to enhance capabilities and maintain competitive advantage.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and report the business value and ROI for each BOT build, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
End-to-End Delivery and Risk Management:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Automation projects (including non Automation systems like SAP, SalesForce, Esker, EDI, BW), ensuring seamless integration and timely, within-scope delivery.
- Implement initiatives to refine processes, enhance quality, and increase efficiency, with a focused effort on improving both BOT cycle time and build robust Automations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks for minimal disruption. Ensure regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies
Proactive Communication and Collaboration:
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with Business Analysts, Architects, and non-Automation teams (e.g., SAP, SalesForce, Esker).
- Lead outcome-focused communication strategies and facilitate proactive collaboration for project planning and execution.
- Ensure regular status reporting and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Change Advocacy and Continuous Improvement:
- Promote innovative practices to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Implement initiatives to refine processes, enhance quality, and increase efficiency.

Work Experience:
- 6-8 Years of experience.
Must Have:
- Major Experience with Appian
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
Solid programming skills in Python for automation and data manipulation, along with strong SQL knowledge for querying and managing relational databases. - Basic Knowledge of Integration Platforms
