interlocking logic, and Substation Automation Systems (SAS).
- Develop associated manufacturing documents and ensure compliance with project
specifications for high voltage substations.
- Interpret and apply relevant IEC/IEEE standards for both high voltage (HV) and low voltage
(LV) switchgear and control gear.
- Proficient in switchgear systems, protection relays, and Bay Control Units (BCUs), including
interlocking logic design.
- Liaise with site teams and clients to gather design inputs and incorporate into final
engineering documents.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of catalogue items used in LCC, CRP (Control & Relay Panels),
and SAS panels.
- Utilize AutoCAD or EPLAN software (preferably version 2.9) for schematic and panel design
work.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of various operating mechanisms for circuit breakers,
disconnector switches, and earth switches
