- GD&T (ASME Y14.5 & OEM standards) - Early definition, optimization, and cost-focused simplification
- Tolerance Analysis - 2D/3D stack-ups and Vis VSA variation simulation
- Dimensional Cost Optimization - Identification of low-impact characteristics to reduce tooling, gauging, and inspection costs
- Manufacturing Processes - Stamping, welding, fixturing, gauging, and assembly
- Metrology - CMM data analysis, MSA, and simulation-to-plant correlation
- APQP / PPAP - Dimensional support through RFQ, launch, and production
- Process Capability - Cp/Cpk feasibility and target setting
- Problem Solving - 8D, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
