Rubiscape’s platform spans six integrated
studios, 200+ enterprise integrations, and deployment models ranging from
public SaaS to air-gap on-premises — coordinating this complexity at programme
scale requires exceptional engineering programme management. The Engineering
Programme Manager owns the Rubiscape engineering roadmap execution: from annual
PI Planning through to quarterly release governance and post-launch
retrospectives. You will work directly with the CTO, studio engineering leads,
and enterprise customer success teams to ensure that Rubiscape’s promise of
fewer than 90 days to first production use case is delivered consistently and
repeatably. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution.
· Own the
Rubiscape engineering programme roadmap: define milestones, critical paths,
resource plans, and risk registers across all six studios and shared platform
workstreams.
· Drive SAFe
Programme Increment (PI) Planning cycles: coordinate cross-team capacity,
facilitate PI objectives setting, and publish the programme board with
cross-team dependencies visible.
· Manage
programme-level risks, issues, and decisions (RAID log) using Azure DevOps;
escalate and resolve blockers that span organisational boundaries within
committed timelines.
· Partner
with Finance and Engineering leadership on capacity planning, headcount
forecasting, and engineering investment prioritisation aligned to Rubiscape’s
OKRs.
· Own the
Rubiscape release governance process: stage-gate reviews, go/no-go decisions,
customer communication plans, and post-release incident SLA tracking.
· Produce
monthly programme health reports for the executive team covering schedule
adherence, budget burn, quality metrics, and strategic milestone progress.
· Establish
and continuously improve engineering programme management standards, templates,
and tooling adopted across all delivery teams.
· PgMP
(Programme Management Professional) or PMP certification alongside SAFe
credentials.
· Experience
at a B2B SaaS company delivering AI, ML, or data platform products to Fortune
500 customers.
· Familiarity
with Rubiscape’s technology stack: React, TypeScript, cloud data pipelines,
MLOps, and enterprise BI.
· Experience
managing programmes that span SaaS and on-premises delivery simultaneously,
including air-gap deployment considerations.

RequirementsRequirements
· 7+ years
of engineering programme management experience in enterprise software, with at
least 3 years in an agile (SAFe or LeSS) delivery environment.
· SAFe
Programme Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification,
demonstrating deep knowledge of PI Planning, ART execution, and programme-level
metrics.
· Expert-level
proficiency in Jira and Azure DevOps for programme planning, dependency
tracking, portfolio dashboards, and executive reporting.
· Demonstrated
experience managing programmes with multiple concurrent engineering teams,
cross-functional dependencies, and enterprise customer commitments.
· Strong
financial acumen: comfortable managing engineering capacity budgets, headcount
plans, and ROI tracking for platform investments.
· Excellent
executive communication skills — able to translate complex engineering
programme status into clear, concise narratives for C-suite and enterprise
customer stakeholders.
