Partner with infrastructure, security, DevOps, engineering, studio PMs, solutions, and partnerships teams to deliver scalable, compliant, reusable platform capabilities for enterprise SaaS and ISV customers.

Generates qualified enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, account research, personalized outreach, CRM management, and account-based campaigns. Books discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives, maintains pipeline hygiene, and shares prospect feedback with Product and Marketing. Secure Rubiscape’s cloud deployment environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid, on-premises, and air-gapped infrastructure. Responsibilities include cloud architecture hardening, IAM governance, CSPM operations, Kubernetes security, IaC scanning, BYOC tenant isolation, compliance control validation, audit evidence preparation, and incident response. Own regional partner-led revenue growth for Rubiscape by managing system integrators, cloud partners, and value-added resellers. Responsibilities include setting partner coverage strategy, recruiting and developing partners, coordinating complex enterprise pursuits, managing MDF budgets, forecasting pipeline, tracking partner health, and building regional brand presence through events and executive engagements. The role requires 7+ years of channel or regional partner sales experience, quota-carrying field experience, enterprise technology relationships, and proficiency with CRM-based forecasting.

Own Rubiscape’s Spec Engineering methodology, including specification grammar, templates, tooling, reviews, quality metrics, and a shared spec library. Lead and mentor 2–4 Spec Engineers while partnering with product, UX, engineering, prompt engineering, and AI toolchain teams. Translate product requirements into precise, testable, LLM-executable specifications and coach the organization on AI-assisted development practices.

Designs and operates Rubiscape’s multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. Responsibilities include landing zones, networking, Terraform infrastructure as code, cloud security controls, data residency architectures, Kubernetes platforms, cost optimization, BYOC deployments, disaster recovery, and backup procedures. The role also supports regulated and air-gapped environments while partnering with enterprise customers and maintaining reliable, auditable infrastructure at scale.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for cross-functional engineering teams, track velocity and capacity in Jira, manage backlogs, remove blockers, and coordinate dependencies across product studios.
