Intelligence capabilities across six integrated studios. As Scrum Master, you
will be the catalyst for high-performing engineering teams building RubiFlow,
RubiStudio, RubiSight, RubiAI, RubiThings, and Business Workbench. You will
guard agile principles, remove impediments at pace, and help Rubiscape maintain
its promise of fewer than 90 days to first production use case for enterprise clients.
This role sits at the heart of Rubiscape’s delivery engine, reporting into the
Engineering Delivery function and working closely with Product Owners and
Engineering Leads.
· Facilitate
all Scrum ceremonies — Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and
Retrospective — for one or more cross-functional platform engineering teams.
· Own the
team’s velocity tracking and capacity planning in Jira; surface risks and
forecast delivery dates with data-driven accuracy.
· Identify,
escalate, and drive resolution of blockers and dependencies across studios
(RubiFlow, RubiStudio, RubiSight, RubiAI, RubiThings, Business Workbench)
within agreed SLAs.
· Coach
engineers and product stakeholders on Scrum values, ensuring the team operates
with transparency, inspection, and adaptation as daily habits rather than
quarterly events.
· Maintain a
healthy, refined, and prioritised product backlog in collaboration with the
Product Owner; enforce Definition of Ready and Definition of Done standards.
· Produce
sprint health dashboards and cumulative flow diagrams to give engineering
leadership real-time visibility into delivery cadence and technical debt.
· Drive
continuous improvement initiatives from retrospectives through to measurable
outcome — track experiment outcomes and share learnings across the wider
Rubiscape delivery community.
· Exposure
to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or LeSS in a multi-team programme environment.
· Familiarity
with MLOps, data engineering pipelines, or BI platform delivery.
· Advanced
Scrum certification (PSM II / A-CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
· Experience
using OKR frameworks to align sprint outcomes with business objectives.

RequirementsRequirements
· Certified
Scrum Master (CSM or PSM I) with 3+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience
in enterprise software development.
· Proficiency
with Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint boards, velocity
reporting, and release tracking.
· Demonstrated
ability to coach teams on agile practices and facilitate conflict resolution
across engineering, product, and QA stakeholders.
· Experience
working on data-platform, analytics, or SaaS products where release cycles
directly impact enterprise customers.
· Strong
facilitation skills — comfortable running ceremonies for co-located and
distributed teams across time zones.
