The Platform PM at Rubiscape is the
guardian of the cross-cutting capabilities that make all six studios work as a
coherent, governed whole — including the unified metadata layer, role-based
access control, multi-tenancy, deployment orchestration, and the 200+
integration connectors that tie Rubiscape to enterprise data stacks. You will
work intimately with infrastructure, security, and platform engineering teams
to ensure that every studio — from RubiFlow to Business Workbench — inherits
world-class reliability, compliance, and scalability foundations. This is a
deeply technical PM role for someone who thrives at the seam between product
and engineering architecture. Your work directly enables the <90-day
time-to-value promise and the 5× TCO advantage that enterprise customers depend
on.
· Own the
platform roadmap covering shared services: authentication/authorisation (SSO,
RBAC, ABAC), multi-tenancy, data governance metadata layer, lineage, and audit
logging.
· Define
connector strategy for the 200+ integration library — prioritising new
connectors, deprecations, and certification standards in collaboration with
solutions and partnerships teams.
· Partner
with DevOps and infrastructure to specify SaaS, BYOC, on-premises, hybrid, and
air-gap deployment blueprints; translate compliance requirements (DPDP, ISO
27001, SOC 2) into product guardrails.
· Drive the
platform’s API-first roadmap: versioning strategy, developer documentation, SDK
releases, and webhook/event architecture to support ISV and OEM partners.
· Establish
and monitor platform-level SLOs (availability, latency, pipeline throughput)
and work with engineering to close gaps against the 3× faster pipelines
benchmark.
· Manage
technical debt and platform health as first-class roadmap items alongside
feature development; present trade-off analysis to engineering leadership
quarterly.
· Coordinate
with studio PMs to ensure platform capabilities are adopted consistently and
surface reusable building blocks that prevent duplicated effort across studios.
· Background
as a software engineer or solutions architect before transitioning to product.
· Experience
owning an integration marketplace or connector ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce
AppExchange, Snowflake Marketplace, or similar).
· Exposure
to FinOps or cloud cost optimisation as a product dimension.

RequirementsRequirements
· 4–7 years
of product management with at least 2 years specifically on platform,
infrastructure, or developer-facing products in an enterprise SaaS environment.
· Strong
working knowledge of data integration patterns (batch ETL, CDC, streaming),
cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
· Ability to
read and reason about system architecture diagrams, API specs
(OpenAPI/Swagger), and data flow designs without engineering hand-holding.
· Experience
writing technical PRDs for non-user-visible platform capabilities where the
“customer” is an internal engineering team or an ISV partner.
· Familiarity
with enterprise security and compliance requirements relevant to Indian
regulated industries (BFSI, healthcare, government).
