As a Senior Product Manager at Rubiscape,
you will own the strategic roadmap for one or more of our six platform studios
— spanning data pipelines (RubiFlow), AutoML (RubiStudio), BI & analytics
(RubiSight), and agentic AI (RubiAI). You will work directly with CXO-level
enterprise customers, translating complex decision-intelligence requirements
into crisp, shippable product specifications. This role sits at the
intersection of enterprise SaaS strategy and deep platform engineering, and
demands someone who can hold a multi-quarter vision while driving sprint-level
delivery accountability. You will be a key voice in defining how Rubiscape
moves the Indian enterprise from legacy BI to AI-native decision-making.
· Own
end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned studio(s): discovery, specification,
delivery, launch, and iteration — with clear OKR accountability at each stage.
· Conduct
structured discovery with Fortune 500 customers, industry analysts, and
internal SMEs to surface high-impact problems worth solving across BFSI,
manufacturing, healthcare, and government verticals.
· Write
detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories with acceptance
criteria that engineering teams can execute without ambiguity; champion
spec-driven development.
· Define and
track product KPIs (adoption, activation, retention, NPS, time-to-value) and
present progress to the CPO and CEO in monthly business reviews.
· Lead
cross-functional squads (engineering, design, data science, solutions) through
quarterly planning, sprint reviews, and go-to-market readiness gates.
· Partner
with pre-sales and customer success to capture competitive intelligence,
win/loss signals, and ensure the platform delivers on the <90-day first
production use-case promise.
· Represent
product externally at customer advisory boards, industry forums, and partner
QBRs, reinforcing Rubiscape’s positioning as a 5× lower TCO alternative to
legacy Western platforms.
· Prior
exposure to decision intelligence, embedded analytics, or MLOps platforms.
· Experience
with multi-deployment models (SaaS, BYOC, on-premises, air-gap) and the
compliance/security considerations unique to regulated Indian enterprises.
· Familiarity
with Zoho CRM/Desk ecosystems or other India-first enterprise toolchains.
· MBA or
equivalent from a Tier-1 institution with a strong quant or engineering
undergrad.

RequirementsRequirements
· 6–9 years
of product management experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise B2B SaaS
covering data, analytics, or AI/ML platforms.
· Demonstrated
track record of owning a product from 0→1 or scaling from 1→N in a platform
with significant technical depth (APIs, data pipelines, ML workflows).
· Strong PRD
and specification writing skills; experience with tools such as Jira,
Confluence, Notion, and Figma for collaborative product development.
· Ability to
engage credibly with engineering leads on architecture trade-offs, API design,
and platform scalability without needing to write production code.
· Proven
experience facilitating executive-level conversations with enterprise customers
and translating ambiguous business needs into prioritised product backlogs.
· Fluency in
OKR frameworks, RICE or ICE prioritisation, and data-driven roadmap
decision-making.
