Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the tech product or IT services industry, with excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of IT project execution and workforce planning.

Responsibilities will include

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director. Manage calendars, schedule meetings. Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate intricate travel arrangements, proactively monitoring for potential disruptions or delays, including domestic and international (US) travel.
  • Partner with Finance and Admin to ensure organizational travel complies with proper channels.
  • Schedule and coordinate working lunches, and leadership meetings, ensuring smooth facilitation..
  • Generate regular reports and analytics on resource utilization, skill gaps, and workforce planning effectiveness. Gather data and metrics from cross-functional teams to prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations.
  • Partner with leaders, PBPs, and other stakeholders to track and coordinate various key initiatives. Facilitate communication and coordination with stakeholders, especially those based in the US / Europe.
  • Utilize advanced MS Excel or Google Sheets functions, including pivots, VLOOKUP, and charts.
  • Create impactful presentations using MS PowerPoint or Google Slides. 
  • Experience with BI tools such as Domo, PowerBI, or Tableau is a plus. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 years of total work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the tech product or IT services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets and MS PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience with stakeholders in the US and Europe is preferred.
  • Ability to work in the office for at least 3 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite, Experience with BI tools such as Domo, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Graduation - BE/ B Tech/ technical background will be preferred
