Job Title: Front Office Executive

Job Summary:
The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, handling visitors, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception Management
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls
• Direct calls to the appropriate departments
• Maintain visitor register and issue visitor badges
2. Visitor & Meeting Coordination
• Inform employees about visitor arrivals
• Coordinate meeting room bookings
• Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready
• Arrange refreshments when required
3. Administrative Support
• Handle courier and dispatch management
• Maintain front office records and documentation
• Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
• Support travel bookings and other admin tasks if required
4. Office Maintenance Coordination
• Report maintenance issues to facility team
• Ensure reception area is neat and presentable at all times

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Customer service orientation
1. Minimum of 4-5 Years of experience
2. Graduate is a must
3. Pleasing personality being FOE
4. Preferably with IT / ITES / FOE Experience is a must
5. Admin / events experience is a must
6. MS office and outlook hands on
7. Worked with MNC is an added advantage
8. Local language preference to co-ordinate with HK, Security and MST
9. Fluency in English is preferred
10. Site Vendor co-ordination and good interpersonal skills.
