The FinCrime Analyst will investigate financial crime cases, report suspicious activity, liaise with law enforcement, and support customer satisfaction.
As a FinCrime Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our cutting-edge financial services, all the while promoting a safe, secure and compliant environment for all. What the job is about- This is a junior freelancing position in our first line of defence
- Reviewing, investigating, and making decisions on the outcome of financial crime cases
- Reporting confirmed suspicious activity to regulating entities
- Acting as a point of contact for law enforcement agencies
- Acting in accordance with the written policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines
- Cooperating with other teams in providing efficient support and seeking to maintain customer satisfaction and desired outcomes with impeccable execution
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support or FinCrime role is valued, but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective resolutions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, spoken and written.
- Familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency concepts and trends is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
