Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Finance Intern to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team in Monaco. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and contribute to our financial operations while developing valuable skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and variances.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide insights.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with financial modeling is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluency in, and ability to work in English
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter mentality
- Comfortable with a degree of ambiguity, working with manual processes, and finding creative solutions using new tools or approaches where needed
- Previous internship in finance is a plus
- Hands-on experience in a professional finance environment
- Exposure to various departments, partnering with them on budgeting and variance analysis topics, and involvement in high-impact business decisions as the company scales
