This is an hourly-based freelance position.

Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 3 Years Experience in Technical or IT Recruiting with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing software engineers, developers, and tech professionals.

Payment Structure: Hourly-based payments - The IT Recruiter will be compensated on an hourly basis for sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for FyerX's internal technical needs and external client staffing projects. Competitive hourly rates aligned with industry standards and experience level.

Work Arrangement: Remote

Advantage: Prior experience working within staffing agencies, tech consultancies, or recruiting for specialized roles like Full-Stack Developers, Cloud Architects, or ServiceNow consultants.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and technical roles, from understanding job requirements and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  

• Proactively source high-quality technical candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, specialized job boards, and professional networking groups.
  

• Conduct thorough initial technical and behavioral screenings to accurately evaluate candidates' coding languages, frameworks, problem-solving skills, and cultural fit.
  

• Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of passive tech talent for current and future hiring needs across FyerX's Technology and Staffing verticals.
  

• Maintain accurate, real-time candidate data, interview feedback, and hiring stages within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a smooth and transparent recruitment workflow.
  

• Collaborate closely with internal technical leads and hiring managers to fine-tune job descriptions, understand complex technical requirements, and streamline the interview
  

• 3+ years of professional IT recruiting experience with a strong track record of placing candidates in software development, cloud infrastructure, AI, and enterprise IT roles.
  

• Deep understanding of modern technology stacks, programming languages (e.g., React, Node.js, Python), and cloud platforms, allowing for credible and effective communication with highly skilled candidates.
  

• Advanced proficiency in utilizing modern recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and Boolean search strings to identify niche technical talent.
  

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; highly capable of pitching roles, managing candidate expectations, and driving successful offer acceptances.
  

• Strategic, self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing hiring priorities.
  

• Strong organizational, time-tracking, and project management skills; ability to manage a high-volume technical pipeline independently while coordinating effectively with a fully remote team.
