Payment Structure:
Project-based payments - PR Consultant gets paid only when FyerX secures a client project requiring PR services. Payment varies based on project scope, campaign duration, media coverage goals, and client budget. Competitive rates aligned with industry standards.
Work Arrangement:
Remote/Hybrid (Work from home with occasional client meetings and media events in Bangalore)

Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns for client brands including media outreach, press releases, brand storytelling, and reputation management to achieve campaign objectives and enhance brand visibility.

Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, media houses, and influencers; pitch stories and secure media coverage across print, digital, broadcast, and online platforms.

Create compelling PR content including press releases, media kits, company bios, thought leadership articles, speeches, and media statements aligned with brand messaging and campaign goals.

Manage crisis communication and reputation issues; develop response strategies, handle negative press, and provide counsel on sensitive situations to protect brand image.

Organize and coordinate media events, press conferences, product launches, and interviews; manage media relations during events and track coverage to measure campaign success.
Requirements

3+ years of professional PR experience with proven track record of securing media coverage and managing brand reputation for corporate clients or brands.

Strong established media network with active relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets across various platforms and industries.

Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and brand narratives that resonate with target audiences and media professionals.

Strategic thinking and crisis management expertise; ability to develop PR strategies, handle sensitive situations, and provide sound counsel under pressure.

Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate with marketing teams, clients, and media contacts effectively.
