Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a proficient Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in modern backend and frontend technologies. This role involves developing scalable, high-quality applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of reliable solutions that align with business objectives. The developer will contribute to building efficient APIs, responsive user interfaces, and implementing best practices to support enterprise digital transformation efforts.
Software Requirements
Required:
Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core (version 3.1+ or higher), designing and implementing backend services.
Hands-on experience with Node.js for building scalable server-side applications.
Proficiency in React and Next.js for developing dynamic, responsive frontend interfaces.
Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs for frontend-backend integration.
Version control expertise with Git.
Preferred:
Experience working with AWS cloud services (e.g., AWS Lambda, S3, EC2, etc.) or other cloud platforms.
Exposure to Python for scripting or automation tasks.
Basic understanding of cloud-native and scalable application architecture.
Overall Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations using .NET and Node.js.
Build user-friendly, responsive, and high-performance frontend applications with React and Next.js.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to design, develop, and deploy solutions.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and adhere to best practices for software quality.
Integrate frontend components with backend services through REST APIs.
Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure application security, performance, and usability meet enterprise standards.

Programming Languages:
Essential: .NET / .NET Core, JavaScript, React, Node.js
Preferred: TypeScript, Python for scripting or automation
Databases/Data Management:
Experience with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and noSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
Cloud Technologies:
Preferred: AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway), with knowledge of cloud deployment best practices
Frameworks & Libraries:
React, Next.js, .NET Core, Node.js, REST API standards
Development Tools & Methodologies:
Git, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), Agile/Scrum practices, Code review processes
Security & Best Practices:
Familiarity with OWASP security standards, data encryption, and secure API design
Experience Requirements
7 to 10 years supporting full-stack application development and integration.
Proven track record developing scalable, enterprise-grade applications with .NET, Node.js, React.
Experience working within agile teams, conducting code reviews, and delivering in fast-paced environments.
Industry experience in finance, e-commerce, or enterprise digital solutions is advantageous; relevant experience in other sectors acceptable.
Day-to-Day Activities
Design, develop, and test backend services and frontend interfaces in an agile environment.
Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups, providing technical input on feature development.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize code for scalability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Integrate frontend components with backend APIs, ensuring security and performance.
Maintain and update documentation for code, APIs, and technical architecture.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of full-stack application development experience with .NET, Node.js, and React.
Demonstrable experience with REST API development, cloud deployment, and CI/CD processes.
Relevant certifications in cloud, full-stack development, or agile practices are a plus.
Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and technical documentation.
