Payment Structure: Full-time salary – The Full-Stack Developer will be compensated with a competitive fixed salary aligned with industry standards and experience level for work completed on both FyerX's internal technology initiatives and external client transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable, full-stack web applications and digital products for FyerX's internal systems and diverse client tech transformations.

Develop robust back-end server logic, manage databases (SQL/NoSQL), and build RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data flow and integration between front-end interfaces and third-party enterprise platforms.

Create responsive, user-friendly front-end architectures using modern JavaScript frameworks (like React, Angular, or Vue.js), ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimized mobile performance.

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and internal stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into secure, high-performing technical solutions.

Implement security best practices, maintain code versioning (Git/GitHub), oversee CI/CD deployment pipelines, and conduct rigorous automated testing to guarantee application reliability and minimize downtime.
Requirements

3+ years of professional full-stack development experience with a proven track record of building and launching complex web applications from conception to deployment.

Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript) and modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

Advanced expertise in back-end programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP) and deep understanding of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Solid experience with cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices.

Strategic problem-solving skills with a strong focus on writing clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Strong organizational, time-tracking, and project management skills; ability to handle multiple development projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate effectively with remote tech and marketing teams.
