Job Summary
As a Fund Servicing Specialist within our team, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of NAV for Clients who have outsourced their Fund Accounting to JPM. This role involves understanding and executing end-to-end activities that comprise of performing pre-NAV activities, clearing exceptions, and managing Client inquiries. You will be expected to escalate any actual or potential delays and issues to the Supervisors and Management in a timely and appropriate manner. As a subject matter expert for the team, you will guide team members on questions and issues and act as the first escalation point for all queries and issues.
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible to be competent to perform SLA based critical activities and work under pressure
• Take Accountability for top quality exception management and drive resolution of exceptions.
• Escalate discrepancies, possible delays within established guidelines, corporate policies and standards.
• Responsible for group email box & ensure responses to queries within the agreed SLA
• Allocate daily work within the team and monitoring of the deliverables within the SLA
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the team to guide team members on questions and issues
• Act as the 1st escalation point for all queries and issues, including overall responsibility for email & queries queue mgmt.
• Responsible of final delivery of all MIS and metrics per the SLA
• Manage accurate closure of all end of day activities including checklists
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
• Graduate in Commerce with minimum 4 years of experience in Financial Sector industry
• Good understanding of Mutual Funds, Capital Markets and related terminologies
• Strong analytical capabilities and MS Office skills
• Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
• Good Time Management Skills - Ability to manage conflicting priorities
