Job Summary :
As a Product Delivery Lead within the Core Trade team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and optimizing the delivery of Core Trade products to our customers. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital solutions that incorporate the latest technologies, including AI and LLM, while applying best practices throughout the product development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Technology teams to design and architect innovative solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead product delivery activities across Core Trade digitization and automation initiatives, including intake, dependency management, delivery feasibility decision-making, release management, and product operationalization.
- Maintain visibility over product delivery timelines and dependencies, monitor blockers, ensure adequate resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders and functional partners.
- Coach and mentor the product delivery business analyst team on best practices through collaborative discussions on design and architecture, resource management, and deployment of solutions.
- Function as a trusted advisor and thought leader on key digital opportunities related to product execution and continuous process enhancements.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and project teams, remove hurdles for the project team through timely decision-making, prioritization, and change request processes.
- Create high-performing teams and manage with clear objectives, goals, and targets.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in delivering digital products, projects, or technology applications.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and agile methodologies.
- Experience in leading operational management and change readiness.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to positively influence technology teams and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Recognized thought leader within a related field.
- Experience with digital transformation and Fintech integration in trade finance.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with building or using AI/LLM solutions.
- Experience with emerging technologies in trade finance.
