We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate NetSuite Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a graduate analyst, you will provide technical support for the NetSuite ERP system, assisting clients in resolving issues, improving system functionality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with an interest in ERP systems, business processes, and technical support.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Provide support to users of the NetSuite ERP system, assisting in troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and addressing user inquiries.
- Assist with the onboarding of new users and provide ongoing training on NetSuite features and best practices.
- Work with senior analysts to configure and maintain the NetSuite system, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and processes.
- Responsible for providing first-line support for the NetSuite ERP system by managing and triaging service desk tickets.
- Assist in creating and maintaining user manuals, system documentation, and internal knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to understand business needs.
- Stay updated on NetSuite updates, new features, and industry trends to suggest improvements to the system.
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Finance/Accounting
Behavioural Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to work with a cross-functional team.
- Strong interest in continuing education in NetSuite, ERP systems, and technical support.
It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
- Familiarity with NetSuite modules (e.g., Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management) would be a plus.
