Job Title: Graphic Designer, Illustrator and Visualizer
As a Graphic Designer, Illustrator, and Visualizer with skills in Video Editing, you will be responsible for creating visual designs and illustrations that reflect the brand’s story and align with our brand guidelines. Your work will play a key role in marketing initiatives and communication strategies. In addition to graphic design, you will produce high-quality video content for a range of digital channels.
Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Illustration:
   • Create visually appealing graphics and illustrations for marketing campaigns, both digital and print.
   • Develop marketing collateral while ensuring alignment with brand identity and guidelines.
   • Conceptualize innovative designs that resonate with target audiences.
2. Video Editing & Motion Graphics:
   • Produce and edit video content for promotional campaigns, product launches, and social media.
   • Create compelling motion graphics and animations to enhance digital experiences.
3. Brand Story & Guidelines:
   • Implement designs that reflect the company’s brand story, ensuring consistency across all creative assets.
   • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines for all visual content.
4. Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand business goals and deliver impactful design solutions.
   • Gather requirements from stakeholders and integrate feedback effectively into design outputs.
5. Project Management:
   • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
      

Requirements

1. Essential Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of Figma for design collaboration.
• Solid grasp of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and motion graphics.
• Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics creation.
   

1. Desired Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of UI/UX design practices.
• Familiarity with animation techniques and creating engaging digital experiences.
