The Growth Generalist will run and scale Google and Meta campaigns, handle WhatsApp marketing, optimize landing pages, and utilize AI tools for efficiency.

We are looking for a Growth Generalist with a strong performance marketing backbone who can own experiments end-to-end and turn learnings into growth.
What you’ll do
- Run and scale Google & Meta performance campaigns
- Own WhatsApp marketing journeys (broadcasts, funnels, conversions)
- Create and iterate on basic static + video ads (strong creative sense > heavy design)
- Design, test, and optimise landing pages for conversion
- Use AI tools (Lovable, Heygen, and similar) to move faster and smarter
- Share insights, learnings, and experiments to improve product and marketing decisions
What we’re looking for
- Performance-driven mindset with strong experimentation muscle
- Comfortable moving fast, testing often, and learning loudly
- Growth > vanity metrics energy
Required skills
- Google Ads & Meta Ads (hands-on, not theoretical)
- WhatsApp marketing platforms & funnel logic
- A/B testing, funnel understanding and landing page experimentation
- Ad creative fundamentals (hooks, messaging, formats)
- Basic no-code / page builders (Webflow, Lovable, Framer, Unbounce, etc.)
- Working knowledge of AI tools for marketing & growth
- Data interpretation & insight storytelling (not just dashboards)
