We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive specialty gases sales, develop new business, manage key accounts, and achieve revenue targets across Maharashtra.
Drive sales growth, revenue targets, and business development across the assigned territory.
Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts.
Prepare sales forecasts, commercial proposals, and competitive pricing strategies.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, and Operations to ensure timely product delivery.
Manage purchase orders, invoicing, payment collections, inventory, and supply-demand planning.
Negotiate pricing, implement price increases, and monitor competitor activities.
Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Promote customer engagement, technical support, and safety initiatives.
Maintain sales reports, market intelligence, and business performance updates.
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in industrial sales, business development, or application sales.
Experience in specialty gases, industrial gases, industrial chemicals, or specialty chemicals preferred.
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering.
Strong expertise in direct/channel sales, key account management, and customer acquisition.
Excellent negotiation, communication, forecasting, and commercial skills.
Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language preferred.
Willingness to travel across Maharashtra and relocate to Pune.
