Major Accountabilities:
- Develop annual / quarterly training programs based on business needs as well as employee development requirement
- Execute the training plans to ensure the organizational and employees’ development goals are fully fulfilled as planned
- Assist talent manager to carry out talent development programs to build and strengthen company talent pool
- Responsible for new employee orientation training for both salaried and hourly employees to help new hires quickly adapt to new work environment
- Organize and facilitate other training or people development programs based on business requirements
- Support leaders for development activities and career planning, continuously monitor talents and their development actions.
- Support Performance management process within the defined scope
- Support Employee engagement surveys – system usage, participation, action plans, communication.
- Support employees with Workday, Aptiv Academy, Peakon and other tools usage.
- Administer learning platforms and learning management systems
- Coordinate Graduate and Internship Programs
