HR Associate - Intern

We are looking to hire an HR Intern to work closely with our HR team to support various aspects of human resources management. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in HR functions, This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions and profiles.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support in end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, ensuring a seamless employee experience
  

• Assist in driving HR operations, process improvements, and policy implementation across the organization
  

• Maintain and update employee records, HRMS system and personnel documentation with accuracy.
  

• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing HR events and activities.
  

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support HR projects, audits, documentation, and compliance activities.
  

• Support the team as a point of contact for employees to assist them in routine query handling and other HR activities. 
  

• Final-semester MBA (HR) student or MBA (HR) graduate (within the last 6 months - 1 year), with no active backlogs.
  

• Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality. 
  

• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Basic understanding of HR processes and employment lifecycle. 
  

• Excellent Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills so that you collaborate well with your team
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  

• You will have to report to our Pune Office for this internship program
