The HR Intern will manage recruitment processes, support hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and assist in various HR duties within the organization.

The HR Intern understands UEI’s core business, and the technical expertise needed to successfully turn ideas into reality. This role partners with hiring managers to fill the staffing needs of each department at UEPL, Bangalore. As a member of the HR team, the HR Intern is expected to maintain the highest level of customer focus and integrity. This position is based out of our office on Racecourse Road and the incumbent will work from office.
Responsibilties
- Managing multiple requisitions (technical, support, entry level and senior) across multiple teams & locations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Managing and driving end-to-end recruitment process including : Sourcing resumes from various sources such as Jobsites, LinkedIn etc. , Scheduling interviews of s/l candidates, Managing tests, video call interviews and on-site interviews
- Ensure hiring manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted in an efficient and professional manner
- Other HR related duties as assigned by the Head – Human Resources.
- These could include and not limited to : Attendance and Leave management, updating T register, assistance in audits etc.
Qualification/Skills
- MBA (HR) with Graduation in Science / Engineering
- Strong knowledge in MS office, specially MS Excel
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, enthusiastic & eager to contribute
- Should have high attention to details
