As an HR Manager at Gunnebo Entrance Control, you will support and enhance our Human Resources operations while fostering a positive work environment. Your primary responsibility will be to manage human resources functions while aligning them with the strategic goals of the company. You will lead initiatives that promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Design and oversee employee training and development programs to cultivate talent.
- Monitor and report on performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining internal HR policies.
- Foster a culture of open communication and support between employees and management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
