The HRIS Analyst will manage employee data processing, maintain records, assist in system design, and generate statistical reports related to HR activities.
Job Characteristics:Responsible for processing employee information and maintaining employee records on HRIS. Assists in HRIS design and system development. Prepares and/or supervises statistical summaries and special reports from HRIS involving skills, pay grade and performance data, payroll information and other employee records.
Education/Work Experience:Degree in Information Systems, Business or Industrial Relations plus three to five years of experience.
