Workday HRIS Analyst 

Forcepoint is seeking a talented and driven Workday HRIS Analyst to become a vital part of our global HR Systems team! If you possess a strong foundation in Workday HCM and excel as a collaborative partner, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do: 

As our Workday HRIS Analyst, you will be instrumental in the ongoing management and optimization of our Workday HCM system. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Workday HRIS Management: Participate in the development, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Workday HRIS platform.  

  • Data Management and Support: Ensure HR data integrity and accessibility and provide technical support for HRIS-related issues.  

  • Collaboration and Business Translation: Partner with HR team and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into Workday configurations and solutions.  

  • Ticket & Request Management: Manage and track support requests using Jira Service Management. 

  • Reporting, Process Improvement, and Automation: Develop and optimize Workday reports and implement technical solutions to enhance user experience and streamline workflows.  

  • Data Governance and Security: Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and security for sensitive employee data.  

  • HCM and Payroll Support: Provide support across core Workday HCM modules and assist with payroll interface monitoring and data maintenance.  

  • Autonomous Operation: Manage daily tasks independently with general guidance on new assignments. 

What You'll Bring: 

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and optimizing the Workday HCM system. 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 

  • Solid understanding and experience with at least two of the following Workday modules: Talent, Performance, Time Tracking, Time & Absence, Reporting, EIBs, HCM, Security, Recruitment. 

  • A proven track record of maintaining a high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality with sensitive data. 

  • Experience supporting a global organization is highly desirable. 

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. 

  • Excellent customer service orientation. 

  • Familiarity with integration methodologies is a plus, but not essential. 

  • Knowledge and/or experience with Workday Financials is a plus.
