Cyber- IGA Engineer

In this role you will become a key part of our scrum teams in our cyber security platform where we develop cyber security products and services to our customers thereby providing a cyber secure IT environment for our colleagues, customers and third parties we collaborate with.

The role: 

As a key member of our wider Identity Access Management (IAM) operations team where your expertise and valued input will be directed toward Identity Governance and Administration. 

Working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders your key responsibilities will include: 

· Work within the IAM / IGA operations team developing and supporting other team members 

· Work closely with other interdependent engineers and solution architects to produce technical requirements and ensure solutions work together and fulfil business needs. 

· Work as team to provide deliver required solutions as well as actively contribute in supporting the IGA platform ensuring uptime and efficiency of the plaftform as well as continuous improvements.. 

· Activity participate in the scrum rituals. 

Generally, you will be experienced working in an agile environment with the application of Cyber Security within DEVSECOPS and a good understanding of customer centric design principles and software development. 

You will be able to manage conflicting priorities & tasks and effectively prioritize in a dynamic, collaborative and decentralized work environment 

You will also have some knowledge of compliance standards like CIS, NIST in conjunction with PCI-DSS and GDPR and working knowledge of secure development practices and standards such as OWASP and BSIMM (especially on cloud providers). 

The Top Core Skills and Experience we’re hoping you’ll have: 

· Saviynt IGA (1 year min) 

· Any IGA platform (2 year min) 

· Java – core Java (Good to Have) 

Specifically (below is the very broad wish list… and we certainly don’t expect you to have it all): 

• Exposure across one or more of the following: Identity Governance; Access Management; Privileged Access Management; Customer Identity, Enterprise Identity, OT Identity, Identity for M&A 

• Working with one or more of the following technologies: Saviynt; Delinea; AzureAD 

• Hands on experience on Saviynt version 5.5 or above 

• Worked on Following IGA integrations/components: 

o Authoritative: Workday /DB/ flat files/REST API 

o Applications: AD/AAD/SAP/REST APIs/SOAP/ Salesforce/APIs/SCIM/DB 

• Implementation experience on concepts like Segregation of Duties, Role Mining, etc.. 

• Min. 3 years of IGA experience (Saviynt/SailPoint/OIM/CA IDM/NetIQ etc.) 

• Development experience in .Net and/or Java. Experience with scripting (e.g. json, python, java scripting, SQL etc..). Knowledge of APIs development and usage/consumption 

• Business development experience supporting new features and solutions to meet business requirements
