💼 Role Summary 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Manager to lead our outreach and client acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building a strong pipeline of qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals. You’ll work closely with marketing and business development teams to ensure alignment and measurable outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified opportunities. 
  • Source leads using tools like LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and industry platforms. 
  • Build and maintain accurate lead databases and track all outreach activities. 
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns and messaging. 
  • Set up meetings and hand off qualified leads to the appropriate sales reps. 
  • Continuously analyze lead generation data to improve conversion rates and campaign performance. 
  • Conduct market research to identify new prospects and key decision-makers. 
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems for better pipeline visibility. 
  • Optionally lead and mentor junior team members based on experience and team structure. 

Qualifications 

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in lead generation, business development, or outbound sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, or other CRMs. 
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution. 
  • Experience working across multiple markets or industries is a plus. 
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
