Your Responsibilities:


Shape the future of industry-focused marketing as our Industry Marketing Manager. Utilize your expertise to craft insights-driven strategies, align marketing efforts with sales goals, and drive impactful campaigns for the workforce management sector. This role offers the opportunity to influence industry narratives and create meaningful connections with key audiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, pains & gains, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform sales & marketing strategies.
  • Data Management: Perform data cleaning and enrichment of account and contact data to maintain high data quality and support targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Create Buyer Personas: Use research and insights to define and refine audience profiles for targeted outreach.
  • Dashboard and Reporting. Conduct tailored to specific industries or topics of strategic importance actionable insights that inform decision-making, improve targeting, and enhance the effectiveness of special events or campaigns focused on particular industries or topics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, revenue operations, and product teams to align marketing efforts with sales strategies and business goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in services industry preferably in a Marketing, operations and sale strategy role.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management trends and challenges.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
