What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Design and Deliver Comprehensive Learning: Create and facilitate engaging instructor-led and self-paced curricula using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) principles to drive technical proficiency and implementation success.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Partner closely with program managers, product managers, and engineers to translate complex technical information into actionable learning outcomes and high-quality supporting media.
Optimize Performance and Compliance: Establish clear performance criteria and assessment instruments to evaluate learner impact, ensuring all training aligns with organizational standards and the latest product capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have:
Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in designing and developing content and curricula specifically for enterprise software learning and development programs.
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning theories, and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Adobe Captivate.
Core Competencies: Proven ability in project management and public speaking, with the creativity to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate course production.
