Intern – Commercial and Logistics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the creation and preparation of CUSDEC (Customs Declaration) forms for international shipments.
Follow up and monitor the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery and customs clearance.
Ensuring compliance with regulations.
Maintain and manage shipping records and documentation according to customs laws and customer requirements for the specified retention period.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues related to logistics and customs clearance.
Support the logistics team in optimizing the supply chain process and improving operational efficiency.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate or fresh Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and customs procedures.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic logistics environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
