KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Managed end to end export shipments from plant to yard/port
Coordination and follow-up with merchants, forwarders, and relevant government authorities to ensure timely shipments
Prepared and submitted final export documents for payment and clearance
Handled and reconcile transport payments (Oki-Doki and Other transporters)
Organized and coordinated inland transportation between plants
Sea freight clearance of import shipments (Bond/non-bond)
Managed local operations, including re-export shipments and Letter of Credit (LC) shipments.
Handling and coordinating import air and sea freight shipments to ensure prompt and secure delivery of goods
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Degree in Business Administration
General Knowledge in Logistics
Knowledge on MS office
Good Interpersonal skills
Communication Skills
