Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Maintenance Management activities and support the team in maintaining machines and equipment.
- Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) projects and assist with scheduled maintenance activities
- Assist in identifying opportunities for Autonomation and Digitization to improve machine efficiency and productivity.
- Support the team in researching and learning about new technologies and maintenance practices relevant to the plant.
- Assist with machine-related projects, including layout changes, refurbishment, and improvement projects.
- Support machine training and awareness programs for team members.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the Mechanics Skill Matrix and identifying training needs.
- Maintain basic maintenance records and reports to support future analysis and improvements.
- Support MOS-related activities and other continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
Qualification
- Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering .
- Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset .
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools
