The HR Intern assists with daily HR operations, administrative tasks, recruitment processes, and project coordination, while maintaining documentation and records.
The Intern is responsible for supporting a Human Resources department or business unit with administrative, clerical and project work.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources team
- Coordinate recruitment processes.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Create reports on HR processes when needed.
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Experience with HR database and HRIS systems (Preferred)
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Contribute to maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working shift time: 11:00 am to 7:30 pm (flexible hours to accommodate US and Asian time zones.)
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in human resources management.
- Supports the department with all necessary administrative or clerical work.
- Supports the department with all necessary project work.
- Other duties as assigned
MBA/BBA (Human Resources), MSW / relevant experience in Human Resources
