Key Responsibilities: 
 

  • Prepare and generate MOS information regarding lean implementation status through Reports, Graphs, and Visual Display to deliver, improvements in production floor and facilitate management decisions. 

  • Prepare Visual Displays for factory information after agreement on requirements with relevant management. Carry out data collection and analysis to help resolve problems systematically identified by management.

  • Facilitate & capture learnings from consultant visits & internal resource persons and ensure they are retained for continuous business improvement.

  • Implement new MOS practices & processes to the production/support floor(s) and carry out special MOS projects through continuous improvements to facilitate the smooth functioning of the process.
     

Knowledge and Skills:

Undergraduate in lean manufacturing, textile technology, physical science, applied mathematics, textile/mechanical/electronics/chemical/production/industrial engineering, business administrations, statistics, fashion design and product development Engineering or other relevant field/equivalent professional qualification.
