Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to oversee our organization’s technology infrastructure, manage IT operations, and ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee IT infrastructure, network systems, hardware, and software applications to ensure maximum performance and uptime.

  • Team & Operations Leadership: Lead the IT department, manage system administration, direct technical support operations, and coordinate with vendors.

  • Security & Compliance: Develop and implement cybersecurity protocols, data backup strategies, system recovery plans, and ensure compliance with IT standards.



Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or IT management roles.

  • Skills: Strong understanding of network architecture, cloud systems, data security, problem-solving abilities, and team management skills.
