A qualified professional with experience in developing highly visual dashboards and reports optimizing multiple marketing channels. The Lead Analyst role is focused on supporting our clients with reporting capabilities and will be driving the overall engagement in developing dashboards and reports on strategic clients and helping measure their overall marketing effectiveness. Will serve as a point of contact between multiple stakeholders both internal and external to identify reporting needs and deliver the solution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain advanced interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Provides strategic, technical and or operational reporting best practices and guidance.
• Reporting expertise and knowledge to solve business challenges and provide focus to team members.
• Ability to formulate analytical problem, summarize key findings/insights and make helpful recommendations.
• Thought leadership and guidance in the development of client-facing presentations and read-outs.
• Drives the overall client engagement as the reporting Subject Matter expert (SME) in delivering reporting solutions while collaborating with data team.
• Analysis of reporting requirements; including new data requirements, reporting layout and user needs.
• Define best practices and the design/development, deployment, and maintenance of reports. Ensures that project goals/milestones are met.
Required Skill:
• 6+ year of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Expertise in in BI/Visualization tools, specifically Power BI (certification must-have).
• Degree in computer science, information systems, or another technology-related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Google BigQuery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Good to have - Familiarity with Google Dataform, Composer and Looker.
• Optional: Marketing Analytics experience.
