Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced and skilled React Developer to join our innovative technology team. The role involves developing responsive, high-quality user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. As a key contributor, you will translate design concepts into functional code, build reusable components, and ensure seamless integration with backend systems. Your efforts will directly support our business objectives by delivering efficient, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions.
Software Requirements
- Required: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js (latest stable versions), HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies.
- Required: Experience with version control tools, particularly Git.
- Required: Familiarity with RESTful API integration and third-party library implementation.
- Preferred: Experience with Streamlit or similar frameworks for UI development.
- Preferred: Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme.
Overall Responsibilities
- Develop and implement highly responsive UI components using React principles that meet project specifications.
- Construct reusable front-end libraries to enhance development efficiency and support consistency across projects.
- Convert wireframes and design mockups into clean, high-performance code aligning with UI/UX best practices.
- Integrate UI components with backend APIs to facilitate effective data communication and dynamic content rendering.
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to ensure design feasibility and technical compliance.
- Optimize application performance for various devices and browsers to ensure accessibility and usability.
- Conduct regular code reviews and peer assessments to uphold code quality standards.
- Adhere to Agile methodologies, participate in sprint planning, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Programming Languages: Required - JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3; Preferred - TypeScript.
- Databases/Data Management: Understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and backend data integration strategies.
- Cloud Technologies: Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
- Frameworks and Libraries: React.js (latest), related libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Development Tools and Methodologies: Git for version control, Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines.

Experience Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of professional experience in front-end development with React.js.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, responsive web applications.

- Industry experience: finance, technology, or similar sectors preferred but not mandatory.
- Alternative pathways: Extensive experience in related front-end frameworks with strong React exposure.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Writing and maintaining high-quality React code to support ongoing projects.
- Collaborating with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers during sprint cycles.
- Participating in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and planning meetings.
- Reviewing peer code submissions and providing constructive feedback.
- Contributing to documentation, testing, and deployment of front-end solutions.
- Monitoring application performance and implementing necessary optimizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
- Certifications in React, JavaScript, or front-end development are a plus.
