Job Overview:
As a Lead Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
- A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered use cases leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Semantic Models.
- Design and implement Fabric Copilot and Fabric Agent solutions for report consumers and developers.
- Build and optimize Copilot-ready semantic models, data structures, and metadata frameworks.
- Develop narrative reporting and AI-assisted analytics capabilities to improve business insights and self-service reporting.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams throughout Discovery, Pilot, and 13 execution waves of the migration program.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, analytics, and user productivity through AI-driven capabilities.
- Ensure solutions follow enterprise standards for security, governance, scalability, and performance.
- Create technical documentation and reusable accelerators to support program-wide adoption.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and semantic model design.
- Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Fabric Copilot, AI-assisted analytics features, or related Microsoft AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of Power BI data modeling, DAX, data visualization, and reporting best practices.
- Experience implementing conversational analytics, narrative reporting, or AI-driven reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and semantic layer architecture.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed onshore and offshore teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with large-scale BI modernization or reporting migration programs.
