The Role
We’re looking for a Learning Solutions Manager who can take ownership of incoming learning requests and turn them into clear, well-structured solutions.
This is a hands-on role within a global learning environment. You will work directly with stakeholders to understand needs, recommend the right approach, and coordinate execution across teams.
You’ll manage multiple learning initiatives at once, ensuring requests are clearly defined, solutions are practical, and delivery stays on track.
What You’ll Own
Learning Request Intake & Solution Ownership
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming learning requests across multiple functional academies
Run structured intake conversations to clarify objectives, audience, timelines, and constraints
Recommend the right approach: existing content, custom development, or external programs
Translate requests into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams
Content Coordination & LMS Execution
Identify and curate relevant content from the LMS or existing libraries
Partner with LMS administrators to assign courses, manage enrollments, and maintain audience lists
Support live sessions through scheduling, communications, and attendance tracking
Maintain organized content libraries aligned to each academy’s focus areas
Program Communications
Build and execute clear, effective communication plans for learning initiatives
Draft learner-facing messaging for program launches and ongoing engagement
Coordinate timelines, approvals, and rollout activities
Work with design teams to produce consistent communication assets
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate custom development requests with internal design teams
Ensure requirements are complete and clearly documented before handoff
Manage follow-ups and keep workstreams moving across multiple stakeholders
Support coordination of external learning vendors and programs as needed
What You Bring
5–8 years of experience in learning operations, program management, L&D, or similar roles
Experience working directly with stakeholders to understand needs and drive outcomes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
Clear, concise communication skills across written and verbal formats
Working familiarity with LMS platforms (content discovery, assignments, learner coordination)
Ability to stay structured and responsive in a fast-moving environment
A practical, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Interested?
If you enjoy bringing structure to complex requests, working closely with stakeholders, and keeping learning initiatives moving from idea to execution, we’d like to hear from you.
