Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Mid-Level Mainframe Developer to contribute to the development and migration of card systems. This position plays a crucial role in supporting project objectives and ensuring successful execution of mainframe application migrations. Software Requirements

Overall Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of mainframe applications related to card migration projects.
- Collaborate with senior developers to analyze existing systems and assist in creating effective migration strategies.
- Write and maintain code to support migration activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in testing and debugging processes, contributing to the overall quality assurance efforts.
- Document development processes, migration plans, and technical specifications.
- Support troubleshooting efforts during migration and post-migration phases.
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
